Accessibility Statement

One All CIC  ·  oneall.org.uk

Last updated: January 2026  ·  Version 1.0

Our commitment

One All CIC is committed to ensuring that its website and digital products are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to learning is itself a matter of equity, and that commitment extends to how we design and maintain our digital presence.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across our website and products. This statement sets out our current position, what we have done, what we know still needs attention, and how you can contact us if you encounter a problem.

This statement applies to the One All website at oneall.org.uk, hosted on Kajabi, and to the Origins of Play app, currently hosted on Base44.

1.  How accessible our website is

We have taken the following steps to make oneall.org.uk accessible:

  • All form fields are clearly labelled to support screen reader navigation.
  • All images published on the site include meaningful alternative text.
  • The website uses a clear typographic hierarchy, with headings applied consistently to aid navigation.
  • Colour contrast across the site is designed to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • The site is designed to be responsive and usable across screen sizes and device types.
  • No video content is published on the website at this stage.

We have not yet commissioned a formal third-party accessibility audit. We intend to do so and will update this statement with the results. In the meantime, we welcome any feedback that helps us identify and address gaps.

2.  Known limitations

We are aware of the following limitations at this stage:

  • Downloadable documents: where PDF documents are made available for download, including the Origins of Play Playbook, we are committed to ensuring they are produced in a screen-reader accessible format. This means applying proper heading structures, image alt text, and document properties at the point of creation. We will work to ensure any PDFs published on the website, including organisational materials and brochures, meet the same standard.
  • Cookie management: our cookie preferences tool is in place but will be reviewed to ensure it is fully operable by keyboard and compatible with screen readers.
  • Third-party content: some content and functionality on our website is provided by third-party platforms, including Kajabi, Stripe, and Base44. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party interfaces but we will raise concerns with providers where issues are identified.

3.  Technical specification

The One All website relies on the following technologies:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript

The website is built on the Kajabi platform. We work within the constraints and capabilities of that platform and will apply accessibility best practice within those parameters.

4.  What we are doing to improve

Accessibility is not a one-time exercise. We are committed to ongoing improvement and have identified the following as priorities:

  • Commissioning a formal WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility audit of the website.
  • Reviewing and updating this statement following the audit, with a remediation plan for any identified issues.
  • Ensuring all downloadable documents are produced and tested for screen reader accessibility before publication.
  • Reviewing the accessibility of the Origins of Play app as it develops, including any future native iOS and Android versions.
  • Providing accessible alternatives for any content that cannot be made fully accessible within current platform constraints.

5.  Feedback and contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and products. If you encounter a barrier that prevents you from accessing any part of our content, or if you need information in a different format, please contact us:

6.  Enforcement

The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 apply specifically to public sector bodies. One All CIC is a private Community Interest Company and is not legally required to comply with those regulations. However, we have chosen to align with WCAG 2.1 AA as our standard because we believe it reflects best practice and because accessibility is consistent with our values.

If you feel we have not responded adequately to an accessibility concern, you may contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission via equalityhumanrights.com.

7.  Preparation of this statement

This Accessibility Statement was prepared in January 2026. It has not yet been validated against a formal audit. We will update it following our first formal accessibility review and thereafter whenever significant changes are made to the website or our products.
