Last updated: January 2026 · Version 1.0
Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the One All website at oneall.org.uk and the Origins of Play app (‘the App’), operated by One All CIC, a UK-registered Community Interest Company.
By accessing the website or the App, or by completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or the App.
These terms apply to all users, including individual users, group coordinators, and the organisations they represent. Where specific terms apply differently to individual and group users, this is indicated clearly.

2. The website
The One All website at oneall.org.uk is provided for informational purposes and to enable users to learn about and purchase access to Origins of Play. Use of the website is subject to these Terms of Use.
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems, or to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other user’s access to it.
We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend the website or any part of it at any time without notice.
3. Origins of Play: the App
3.1 What the App is
Origins of Play is a self-directed learning experience for young leaders aged 15 to 17, comprising five modules and twelve lessons. It is the entry point to the One All ecosystem. Access to Origins of Play is purchased through the One All website and the App is currently hosted on Base44, a platform operated by Wix.
3.2 Eligibility
Individual users must be aged 15 or over to register for Origins of Play. Users under the age of 18 registering individually require the confirmed consent of a parent or guardian. Users under the age of 15 are not eligible, and we reserve the right to terminate access if we become aware that a user does not meet the minimum age requirement.
Organisations purchasing group access confirm, by completing their purchase, that all participants are aged 15 or over and that all necessary parental or guardian consents for participants under the age of 18 have been obtained.
3.3 Access period
Access to Origins of Play is granted for a period of 60 days from the date of the user’s first login to the App. This applies to both individual and group users.
Origins of Play is a complete, self-contained programme. The 60-day period is designed to be generous while encouraging purposeful engagement. When your access period ends, the App will no longer be available to you. Your Playbook, if downloaded before your access period ends, remains yours. If you complete Origins of Play and wish to continue your journey with One All, we invite you to explore Origins of Play: The Circle. Please get in touch at [email protected].
Access periods cannot be extended. One All does not offer rollover access or pause functionality at this stage.
3.4 Group access and access codes
Organisations may purchase group access to Origins of Play at the group rate, available for a minimum of 10 participants. Group access is managed through a unique access code issued at the point of purchase. The code may be used up to the number of places purchased and may be distributed freely within the purchasing organisation. One All does not require the names of participants at the point of purchase.
The contracting party for group purchases is the organisation, represented by the designated group coordinator. The group coordinator accepts these Terms of Use on behalf of the organisation and is responsible for ensuring that all participants within the group are made aware of, and comply with, these terms.
The 60-day access period for each participant begins on the date of their first login to the App, regardless of when the access code was issued. Unused places are forfeited at the expiry of the access code, which expires 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused places are not refunded.
The group coordinator has access to a coordinator dashboard, which displays group-level progress data. The coordinator can see how many learners in the group have completed each module, but cannot access individual reflections, responses, or submitted content. Coordinators may only use dashboard access for the purpose of supporting participant progress within the programme. Sharing coordinator login credentials with any third party is not permitted.
3.5 Certification
On successful completion of 85% or more of all learning activities within Origins of Play, including reflections and module submissions, participants become eligible to receive a certificate of completion. Eligibility is determined automatically by the App. Participants will be notified within the App when they have reached the required threshold and will be able to download their certificate at that point.
One All conducts random quality assurance reviews of submitted content. This does not affect eligibility for certification, which is based solely on completion threshold.
Certificates are issued digitally. If a participant’s access period expires before they have reached the completion threshold, they will not be eligible for a certificate. There is no grace period for submission after the access period ends.
3.6 The Playbook
As participants progress through Origins of Play, a personal Playbook is generated from their responses and reflections throughout the programme. The Playbook belongs to the participant. Participants may download their Playbook at any time during their access period and may choose whether or not to share it with their group coordinator.
One All retains a copy of completed Playbooks. Before any internal use for programme improvement or impact analysis, all identifying information is removed. One All does not publish individual Playbooks or share them with third parties. If you wish to request deletion of your personal data, including your Playbook data, please see Section 9 below.
3.7 Submissions and reflections
Origins of Play is a self-directed programme. Participants are asked to complete reflections and submit written responses as part of their learning journey. Submissions should be honest and completed in good faith.
One All reserves the right to remove access where submitted content is found to be deliberately misleading, offensive, or otherwise in breach of these terms.
4. Pricing and payment
4.1 Pricing
Origins of Play is available at the following prices:
- Individual access: $14.99 USD per person.
- Group access: $9.99 USD per person for groups of 10 or more.
Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. GBP and EUR are available as alternative currencies at checkout, based on the exchange rate applied by our payment processor at the time of purchase.
4.2 Payment processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. One All does not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms of Use.
4.3 Purchase confirmation
On successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. Individual users will receive their app access details. Group coordinators will receive their access code and coordinator dashboard credentials.
5. Refunds
One All operates the following refund policy for Origins of Play:
5.1 Individual users
If you have not yet logged in to the App, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, no questions asked. This reflects your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you have logged in to the App but have not progressed beyond Module 1, you may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. We will consider your request and, in most cases, issue a full refund.
No refund will be issued once you have progressed beyond Module 1, as this indicates substantive engagement with the programme.
5.2 Group purchases
Refund requests for group purchases should be directed to [email protected]. Refunds for group purchases will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the number of access codes that have been activated.
5.3 Service interruption
If Origins of Play is inaccessible for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours as a result of a fault within One All’s reasonable control, we will offer an appropriate remedy at our discretion, which may include a partial refund or other reasonable compensation. Please note that One All relies on Base44, operated by Wix, for the infrastructure hosting of the App. Interruptions caused by the third-party infrastructure provider, beyond One All’s reasonable control, may limit the remedies available to us.
5.4 How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact [email protected] with your name, email address, date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 10 working days.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the One All website and within the Origins of Play App, including but not limited to text, curriculum materials, module content, lesson materials, design, graphics, and the One All brand identity, is the intellectual property of One All CIC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the programme. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the website or the App without our prior written permission.
Your Playbook, generated from your own responses and reflections throughout the programme, is your own content. One All retains a copy under the terms described in Section 3.6.
The One All name, wordmark, and associated brand elements are protected trade marks and may not be used without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
One All provides Origins of Play and the website in good faith and with reasonable care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One All excludes all liability for:
- any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of the website or the App;
- loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity;
- interruptions to access caused by third-party infrastructure providers, including Base44 and its parent company Wix;
- technical faults, errors, or failures that are outside One All’s reasonable control.
Where One All’s liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the website or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to Origins of Play.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
8. Termination and suspension
One All reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or the App, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- breach of any provision of these Terms of Use;
- provision of false or misleading information at the point of registration or purchase;
- submission of content that is deliberately dishonest, offensive, or harmful;
- fraudulent, disputed, or unauthorised payment;
- any other conduct that, in One All’s reasonable judgment, places the integrity of the programme or the safety of others at risk.
Where access is terminated due to a breach of these terms, no refund will be issued.
You may close your account and request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected].
9. Your personal data
One All takes your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy, available at oneall.org.uk/policies-privacy, explains in full how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, and how you can exercise your rights under UK GDPR.
If you wish to request deletion of your personal data, including your Playbook data, please contact [email protected]. We will action your request within 90 days. Please note that anonymised data from which your identity has been removed cannot be identified or deleted, as it no longer constitutes personal data.
10. Third-party platforms
The One All website is hosted on Kajabi. The Origins of Play App is hosted on Base44, a platform operated by Wix. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each of these providers operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. One All is not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers beyond the obligations we have set out in our Data Processing Agreements with them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the ‘last updated’ date at the top of this document and post the updated terms on our website. Continued use of the website or the App following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
